Our experience suggests that the iRobot S9+ doesn't get extremely loud when it's in use which makes it a good choice for people who live with pets or children.

We were able to watch television while it was cleaning without feeling like we were being constantly bombarded by the sound.

It also did a good job at removing pet hair and other messes that get on carpeting, although it was less successful in removing stubborn stains. The app was simple to use and user-friendly.
